Great home for primary, second home, or weekly rental. Seller has taken excellent care of this home and keeps it in pristine condition. Well built, with easy maintenance of vinyl siding, and anderson casement windows,.Home has nice wood work with a juniper accent trim and Bay window in dining area. Owners added a florida/sitting room on south side of home on 1st level and huge master bath and storage area/office on 2nd level. Master bedroom has huge walk in closet. Nice lawn with irrigation system that's linked to a well. In 2010 owner got new Hunter programmer and had several sprinkler heads replaced. When the road was under construction they messed up the two sprinklers on the right side (as you drive in the driveway) but seller got a new pump where capacity covers that part of the lawn. Interior entrance, with utility room downstairs. Room could also have small bumper pool table or card table. All the windows on the sound side are tinted because of the afternoon sun.
